Every core component has been designed and built by Cleaver-Brooks to work together, resulting in the most efficient and lowest emission firetube system ever built.

From 1.5 to 25.0 MMBTU/hr input for hot water and steam. It features non-welded tube attachment for easier tube replacement. The package includes a ProFire burner for a completely integrated and engFLXineered solution for a single source. Removable, sectioned side panel design permits full access to all tubes. Field-erectable packages also available.

From 400 to 12,000 MBTU in fully condensing and near-condensing hot water, and from 10 to 60 horsepower in steam, Cleaver-Brooks has a commercial boiler to fit almost any application.

Electric & Electrode

Up to 340,000 lb/hr available in steam or hot water, electric boilers are clean, quiet, easy to install, and compact. No combustion considerations and minimal complexity make them a good alternative where emissions regulations are a concern.

Available in a vessel size of 42″ diameter with an output spanning 1,560 kW to 3,375 kW.
